I chose to visit the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood and selected Howard Johnson for its convenient location. The customer service agents pleasantly surprised me with their willingness to go above and beyond to assist me. The multi-cultural cuisine at Mustard & Mint Restaurant was a delightful highlight, offering a diverse array of delicious food options.
Limited breakfast spread and non-functional AC were minor inconveniences.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was excellent, and we were even upgraded to an Executive room. The Jay Jay kitchen provided a wonderful atmosphere and had a brilliant Internet connection, perfect for remote work. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the metro, shops, and restaurants, with free parking and shuttle service to malls.
There was a slight issue with initially being given a smoking room despite reserving a non-smoking room. However, the hotel promptly resolved the issue by moving us to a non-smoking room.

the howard johnson was so clean and comfy with a great location near shopping malls. the staff were super friendly and even upgraded my room!

Great value for money, friendly and helpful staff, smooth check-in process, excellent air conditioning, close to airport and attractions, delightful rooftop pool.
Felt very comfortable, nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the spacious and clean room with modern design. The hotel's location near various facilities and transportation options made our stay convenient. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

i had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Howard Johnson. the staff were attentive and accommodating, making the service very personal from check-in to check-out. the hotel is strategically located, just a 3-minute walk from Al Rigga metro and other public transportation. I found the room to be comfortable and cleaned daily, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety.
